I'm a graduate student in the Cell and Developmental Biology graduate group in UC Davis. I work with Alex Mogilner and Jonathan Scholey on problems in mitosis using computational and experimental approaches.

Software 

MitoSpindleScreen - Matlab code that was developed for a genome wide screen performed in the Vale lab at UCSF. The goal of the screen was to identify mitotic related genes in the Drosophila S2 cell line. 

Microscoly Toolbox for Matlab - A matlab interface and extension of the micro-manager project that aims to create and control Roboscopes: fully automated microscopes. For more detials read the Roboscope manifest.
