Step 1
If you need to process an incomplete, first download the Incomplete Report form (right-click the link and select Save as). It is an Acrobat PDF form that you can fill-in on your computer.
Step 2
Fill out the form and click the Print Form button at the top. Both the instructor and student need to sign at the bottom. Please bring the completed and signed form to Debbie Smith (145 Briggs Hall) or your student can bring it in for you, as we are considered the office of record for these reports.
Step 3
CLEARING the incomplete. Once the student has completed the incomplete, please fill out the Online Grade Change Tool.
