Important Campus Links

  • Red Folder: Assisting Students of Concern: The Red Folder serves as a quick reference guide to help staff, faculty and students connect a student in distress with health (mental and physical) and safety resources.

  • Registrar’s Office: Faculty & Staff Resources: Faculty and Staff Resources provided by the Registrar's Office. 

  • Office of Student Services and Judicial Affairs: Student Affairs programs and services are open to all, consistent with state and federal law as well as the University of California’s nondiscrimination policies.

  • Student Disability Center: Online Faculty login system for the Student Disability Center. 

  • Lecture Capture: Lecture Capture provides a variety of recording options, and all Lecture Capture rooms have the ability to record audio, slides, and document camera.

  • Academic Technology Services: Academic Technology Services supports UC Davis through a range of services, from providing instructional technology in the classroom, and collaborating with faculty on multimedia presentations, to consulting on instructional design, and managing the Canvas learning management system.

  • Photo Rosters: Photo Rosters allow instructors of UC Davis courses to see names, photos, and other basic information about the students registered or waitlisted in their courses.

  • Center for Educational Effectiveness: Center for Educational Effectiveness helps by promoting and supporting effective learning for all students. 

  • Know Your Students: Know your Students is a web application developed to help instructors plan and execute their courses, achieve greater equity of learning and grades, and improve the inclusiveness of large classes. 

  • Test Scoring and Grading: The Center for Educational Effectiveness offers Scantron Test Scoring and scanning for Gradescope services by appointment.

  • General Assignment Classroom Room Look Up: The General Assignment Classroom Room Look Up displays the features of each room alpha-sorted by classroom

  • Processing Incomplete's (Printable): The grade Incomplete shall be assigned only when the student’s completed work (judged by itself and not in relation to the work required to pass the course as a whole) is of passing quality and represents a significant portion of the requirements for a final grade, but is incomplete for good cause as determined by the instructor.

    • If you need to process an incomplete, first download the Incomplete Report form (right-click the link and select Save as). It is an Acrobat PDF form that you can fill-in on your computer.
    • Fill out the form and click the Print Form button at the top. Both the instructor and student need to sign at the bottom. Please bring the completed and signed form to Debbie Smith (145 Briggs Hall) or your student can bring it in for you, as we are considered the office of record for these reports.
    • CLEARING the incomplete: Once the student has completed the incomplete, please fill out the Online Grade Change Tool.
